We will achieve Net Zero carbon emissions across our value chain by 2030, driven by emission reduction targets, and will be carbon neutral in our direct operations (offices, fulfillment centers, deliveries, and returns) by 2025.

Be More Circular

By 2030, we’ll have shifted towards more circular systems, ensuring 100% of our products’ produce process and packaging are produced using more sustainable or recycled materials, prioritizing circular design, and expanding our use of circular design strategies across our production process.

Be Transparent

By 2030, through our Be Transparent goal, we’ll accelerate progress on transparency and human rights within our own supply chain. At the same time, we’ll set out our plans to deliver benefits for people by empowering women in the supply chain, further supporting freedom of association, and working to achieve a living wage. We believe employees are its most important human capital. We thus provide our employees with the best working conditions and implement a labor system in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, child labor, work hours, minimum wage, overtime, and statutory benefits, where we operate. We appreciate the value our employees bring and their hard work, thus we make sure they can grow alongside the company. We have received independent SA 8000 Social Accountability System certification.

Beone company respects the rights of employees and all stakeholders. With industry standards as a reference and our corporate strategies guiding, we continuously improve communication with stakeholders, increase customer satisfaction, build win-win partnerships with suppliers and enhance user experience direction. The company prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption and also dumping, and monopolistic endeavors in its operations. We strictly follow applicable laws and regulations, a code of conduct, and operate with honesty and ethics, and the highest standards of reasoning in all activities. Employees and stakeholders are required to report any fraudulent acts with evidence, the unethical business conducts, violation of laws, endangerment of health or safety, or any other violations of corporate policies.

Health and Safety

Beone company strives to provide a healthy and safe environment to employees and stakeholders. We systematically direct sources onto honing our ability to identify potential contingencies and assess risks, and implement risk control measures. We have obtained independent ISO 9000 Quality Management System certification and kept improving health and safety provisions in all our different activities.

Beone company firmly believes in giving back to society. We understand our responsibility to impact change, and we have supported a number of charitable causes in the communities in which we live and work. For examples, We insist on localizing our operation, contributing to the well-being of local communities, plus also assisting in disaster relief in our strive to become an ethical corporate citizen. We know this is just a start, and there is much more to be done.

We advocate for people, animals, and the planet. every year, we donate part of our distributed profits, split between a number of charitable causes, Through our grants programs, we give back locally and around the world. Our charitable giving is multifaceted, from our Charity grants program to our product donations and ethical campaigns, we aim to drive positive, long-term, and systemic change.

• When COVID-19 hit, we donated to the local community COVID-19 solidarity response fund, to support the work of the local government in containing the pandemic. The company also donated over 10 thousand masks and some food to local medical and frontline workers.
• In 2021, we donated 5 thousand dollars to help the people impacted by severe flooding in the Henan Province, an area that few of our employees call home.
• In celebration of the Chinese New Year, we distribute gifts to our employees and their families every spring.
• We have an active in-kind donation program where the company donates daily necessities to non-profit organizations that support underserved people and communities.

Environmental sustainability is one of the important sectors for all of our human beings. Beone company cares about the green environment in all its activities. We believe that reducing supply chain waste and investing in modern production techniques are key starting points to building an environmentally sustainable industry. At Beone, we harness our fully integrated digital supply chain to limit excess inventory, reducing the possibility of production waste. At the same time, We are dedicated to controlling emissions and minimizing the discharge of wastes from our facilities. We strictly comply with the code of practice of the industry covering including but not limited to: Restriction of Hazardous Substance Directive (RoHS), Hazardous Substance Free (HSF), Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), and making the Conflict-Free Metals Policy statement. We have obtained independent ISO 14000 Environmental Management System certification.
